Member Fatino and Clerk Brau Accepted for Publication of Article in Criminal Law Bulletin

John F. Fatino, and law clerk Molly M. Brau, have had an article accepted for publication in the Criminal Law Bulletin.  The article entitled, Corporate Compliance Program Update: A Look at the Recent Amendments and DOJ Policy Refresher, is expected to be published in the Spring, 2012 edition.

The Criminal Law Bulletin, in 2010, was ranked 3rd among 17 peer-edited English language journals in the field of criminal law and procedure by the law school at Washington & Lee University.
