Samuelson Elected VP of Iowa Academy of Trial Lawyers

Member Jaki K. Samuelson was recently elected vice president of the Iowa Academy of Trial Lawyers for 2013-2014. Samuelson, a Fellow with the Academy, has served on the Board of Directors since 2008.

The Academy was formed in 1962 to provide a forum in which Iowa’s top trial lawyers can exchange information and viewpoints on the many aspects of trial law and to promote professionalism. The Academy is a non-partisan organization dedicated to the promotion and improvement of the civil and criminal justice systems.

Membership in the Academy is by invitation only and limited to 250 attorneys. Membership in the Academy is considered one of the highest honors in the profession.
