Gary has a general practice, focusing in business, taxation, estate planning and probate, ranging from small to very large.  Included in this are the creation and sale of many corporations and limited liability companies and the attendant legal issues that relate to the operation of these businesses.  He is a graduate of the University of Iowa College of Law, with an undergraduate major in accounting.
