While involved in a number of different areas of the law, John F. Fatino has a general practice which includes representation of clients in Banking law, Transportation, Construction law, and Real Estate matters. Also, as a practitioner in the Appellate Practice arena, John was selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® 2010 in the field of Appellate Litigation. In addition to advising clients and litigating in these areas, John has regularly provided presentations to various industry groups concerning these matters and is the author and co-author of several articles related to these matters.
