Kara’s practice concentrates on Real Estate, Corporate, Banking, and Municipal Law.  Her practice includes assisting local, regional, and national lenders with matters of foreclosure, civil litigation, bankruptcy, judgment collection, replevin, and loan workouts. She also assists clients with matters relating to general real estate matters, including title opinions.  She advises her clients on general business structure and formalities along with asset purchase and merger representation.  For her municipal clients, she provides plat review, assistance with employment matters, condemnation, special assessment, and representation at council meetings.  She was recognized in the 2010 edition of “Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business” where she was praised by commentators as “a quick and knowledgeable attorney.”
