Reynolds to Speak at DRI Conference

- Kevin Reynolds will speak at DRI's annual Product Liability Conference on February 6, 2008
Kevin Reynolds, a member attorney in the firm's downtown Des Moines office, has been invited to speak at the Defense Research Institute's annual Product Liability Conference at the Biltmore Hotel in Phoenix, Arizona, on February 6, 2008. Kevin will moderate a panel discussion titled "Insurance Subrogation Cases: How a Manufacturer's Insurer Can Become Its Own Worst Enemy, Especially in the Age of E-Discovery." The panel discussion will be presented by the Manufacturer's Risk Prevention Specialized Litigation Group, which Kevin co-chairs along with John Rupp, Associate General Counsel of Textron, Inc., a firm client. Kevin is a former chair (2000-2001) of the DRI Product Liability Committee, which includes more than 3,000 defense lawyers and clients worldwide.
