  • Obtained a dismissal of an FAA enforcement action against a private pilot accused of conducting flight operations governed by Part 135 of the FARs.
  • Counseled and defended pilots in guarding against and defending FAA pilot certificate actions.
  • Successfully assisted a commercial airline pilot in obtaining his Air Transport Pilot (ATP) rating after concerns were raised by the FAA regarding his nationality as reflected on the ATP application and temporary license.
  • Sought and obtained advisory opinions from the FAA Regional Counsel’s office regarding client-proposed operations governed by the FARs in order to avoid later potential enforcement action by the agency.
