Members of our Construction and Surety Law Practice Group provide a wide range of services in the litigation of large and complex construction disputes. Our attorneys represent clients in all of the various dispute resolution forums, including bench and jury trials in virtually all 50 states, in both state and federal courts. Our attorneys are also very experienced in the specialized area of Alternative Dispute Resolution, including mediation and arbitration. Several of the members of this practice group serve as trained arbitrators and mediators.
