Whitfield & Eddy, through members of our Construction and Surety Law Practice Group, represents several of the largest construction industry organizations in the state of Iowa.  As a service to these groups we often provide free seminars to their members and assist in the drafting or analysis of new legislation that may impact the industry. From time to time we represent these organizations in litigation that seeks to preserve the competitive bidding environment, and members of this practice group recently edited the Iowa construction industry’s authoritative publication on public bidding laws.
