The attorneys in Whitfield & Eddy’s Health Law Practice Group assist clients in preparing corporate compliance programs tailored to the type and size of their organizations.  We provide educational programs on compliance issues and work with other professionals when needed to meet our clients’ needs.  We represent clients in disputes with federal and state governmental agencies including the Department of Justice (DOJ).  We engage other expertise in assisting clients in auditing for non-compliance.  We also assist in communicating with agencies and contractors to resolve compliance and billing issues.
