- We defended the manufacturer of a muzzle-loading rifle that exploded when the Plaintiff allegedly fired it for the first time. The case was tried to a jury in federal court and resulted in a defense verdict.
- The Firm defended a major firearm manufacturer in a case where one person shot another person and later claimed it was caused by a “hair trigger”. The client received defense verdict after a federal court jury trial.
