- We recently represented a national retail developer to protect the owner’s interests against crippling labor disputes during the construction of Iowa’s largest retail mall. By strategically planning with our client, we were able to effectively utilize applicable federal labor law to insure that secondary boycotts and picketing activities did not interfere with tight project completion deadlines.
