Overview
Anne Reser-Moorehead is an associate attorney practicing in the firm's estates, wills, and trusts practice group and real estate practice group. In her practice, she will support clients in estate planning, preparation of trusts, wills, and powers of attorney, trust administration, and probate. She will also assist with residential, commercial, and agricultural real estate transactions, and related entity needs.
Prior to joining Whitfield & Eddy Law she served as a law clerk at the Iowa Court of Appeals for the Honorable Michael Mullins (until retirement) and most recently, the Honorable Gina Badding. In that role, she researched and analyzed case law related to pending cases, and drafted appellate opinions on issues including probate and trusts, guardianships and conservatorships, property, business and corporate, and torts.

She received her juris doctor from the Drake University Law School with honors in 2019 and was the Articles Editor in the Drake Law Review and president of the Moot Court Board. Prior to attending law school she worked in legal assistant roles for law offices and the Iowa Court of Appeals. Anne received her Bachelor of Music from Simpson College in vocal performance and Master of Music from Stephen F. Austin State University in vocal performance. She worked towards her Master of Musicology at the University of Oregon.
community involvement
Anne is a co-owner of Superstars Performing Arts, a dance, tumbling, and baton studio in Norwalk, Iowa. She is a three-time Division I choreographer for the Iowa State Dance Team Solo Competition. She is involved in the community as a member of the Junior League of Des Moines and Drake Law School Recent Alumni Board.
