Overview

David Nelson’s primary areas of practice are in real estate and commercial business matters.  He has had over 30 years of experience in real estate law, including having served as general counsel for one of Iowa’s largest residential real estate brokers and developers. His current areas of practice include residential and commercial real estate title and settlement services. He was a former member of the Title Standards Committee of the Iowa State Bar Association.

In the Chambers USA guide 2018, an interviewee was quoted saying Dave has a "very practical, solution-oriented approach" and describe him as "a very fine, experienced and knowledgeable" attorney.

David also represents buyers and sellers in residential property transactions and closings in the Ankeny, Iowa area.
