Gary Goudelock delivers an effective and efficient approach to litigation. Drawing on more than a decade of experience representing clients ranging from individuals and small businesses to Iowa’s largest city and a Fortune 100 company, he understands the value of thoughtful planning and execution to ensure high-quality representation and advice.

Communication is a key to successful case management and a successful outcome. Gary consistently provides timely, thoughtful, and matter-of-fact updates to ensure a strong working relationship with his clients. He seeks not only to counsel clients, but also educate them on the process of litigation to create a better understanding of the overall strategy and ensure his clients’ satisfaction.

In his litigation practice, he advises clients and seeks to deliver positive results through effective pre-trial practice, skillful negotiation, and, if necessary, trial and appeal. Gary has represented hundreds of clients in every aspect of litigation from discovery to jury verdict and appeal in state and federal courts, including oral argument before the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Iowa Supreme Court and Court of Appeals.
