Overview
Sally’s career in the health care industry as a nurse, nurse educator and lawyer bring a unique perspective to her representation of health care clients. She is primarily involved in providing legal advice and counsel to clients in the health care industry including hospitals and health systems, physicians and physician practices, and nursing facilities. She provides guidance for a wide range of issues in the areas of contracting, licensure, medical staff matters, regulatory compliance, employment and reimbursement issues. Also, Sally advises in the area of elder law including eligibility for federal and state assistance programs.
