Fatino Speaks on Litigating Contested Cases

Attorney John F. Fatino, previous co-chair of the firm’s litigation practice group, spoke to the Legal Support Professionals of Iowa at its 22nd Annual Meeting in Pleasant Hill, Iowa.

Under Iowa law, disputes with executive branch “administrative” agencies are resolved pursuant to Iowa Code Chapter 17A. The presentation focused on the governing statutes, rules, and real world examples of various cases that were resolved involving disputes with such agencies.
