Jim Bryan is an attorney practicing in the firm's litigation practice group and handles complex civil litigation matters for clients. In over fifteen years of practice, he has appeared in over fifty jury trials. 

He has a deep and thorough knowledge of the insurance industry. Jim is a seasoned negotiator and works closely with clients analyzing complex matters. He communicates regularly with clients to ensure mutual understanding and best course of action for the matter.

Prior to joining the firm he was senior counsel for one of the largest commercial property casualty insurers in the nation. In his role, he was responsible for litigating for insureds across Iowa and Nebraska. He handled tort, contract, administrative law litigation, provided coverage opinions, and appeared in jury trials regularly.
