Overview

Phil has a career based on serving clients in ag business and production issues in southeast Iowa. He built his law practice on serving clients in all facets of business operation including incorporation, contracts, real estate, tax, collections, estate and succession planning. Prior to practicing law, he worked on a farm in agricultural production for ten years.

Building on his connection to the local community, he serves as City Attorney for Olds and Winfield, Iowa.
