Attorney Drew Gentsch presented “Bad Contract Documentation” on Thursday, February 4, 2021 at the American Bar Association, Fidelity Surety Law Committee Midwinter virtual meeting “Construction Lawyer as Disaster Artist” February 3-4, 2021.

His presentation focused on how bad contract documents often saddle the contract surety with unforeseen hurdles, obligations and costs. The panel discussion examines failed bonded projects, looking outward from the underlying contract documents, and provides an interesting and thought-provoking presentation on the analysis of contracts.
