Nick Cooper Speaks on Licensing and Compliance Legislative Recap 2022 Panel

Attorney Nick Cooper attended the National Association of Licensing and Compliance Professionals (NALCP) 17th Annual Conference September 22-24, 2022 in Portland, Oregon. He was a panelist on the legislative recap session focused on laws affecting liquor license compliance in industries including restaurants, entertainment venues, hotels, grocery, and other retail services. Cooper and five other panelists from across the country discussed laws that changed in 2022 and bills that could be seen in state legislature 2023 sessions. 

Cooper has been active in the NALCP since 2008 and regularly assists local and national entertainment and hospitality businesses doing business in the state of Iowa.
