Transportation Practice Group Focuses on COVID-19 Related Emergency Declarations

Trucking and transportation companies across the U.S. have met the challenge of keeping America supplied during the pandemic. The Whitfield & Eddy Transportation Practice Group held an internal training to understand the emergency orders at the federal and state levels and their impact upon the transportation industry. The training also examined a recent United States Supreme Court decision and decisions of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and their import to the transportation industry.
