Drew Gentsch Named a Vice-Chair of American Bar Association TIPS Fidelity and Surety Law Committee

Attorney Drew Gentsch was named a Vice-Chair of the Law Division of the American Bar Association TIPS Fidelity and Surety Law Committee (FSLC). His term is from August 10, 2021 through August 9, 2022. Through this opportunity Gentsch will work with other members of the Law Division to help develop articles, vblogs and programming for fidelity and surety professionals.

The FSLC is a leading legal resource for the fidelity and surety industries and provides educational programming and publishing to surety and fidelity company professionals, counsel, and consultants internationally.

Gentsch regularly represents construction and surety clients in complex litigation matters. He is a frequent author and speaker on fidelity and surety law topics including a FSLC Committee Newsletter article about the False Claims Act as a Potential Surety Defense.
