Drew Gentsch Law Division Chair of American Bar Association TIPS Fidelity and Surety Law Committee Attending the MidWinter Conference

Attorney Drew Gentsch, co-chaired meetings of the Law Division and the Vice-Chairs Meeting, The Law Division is part of the leadership of the American Bar Association TIPS Fidelity and Surety Law Committee (FSLC). The “MidWinter” Conference occurred in Nashville, TN, August 17 – 19, 2022, after the January meeting had to be postponed. Gentsch worked with other members of the Law Division to help develop programming for fidelity and surety professionals.

The FSLC is a leading legal resource for the fidelity and surety industries and provides educational programming and publishing to surety and fidelity company professionals, counsel, and consultants internationally.

Gentsch regularly represents construction and surety clients in complex litigation matters. He  is a frequent author and speaker on fidelity and surety law topics including a FSLC Committee Newsletter article about the False Claims Act as a Potential Surety Defense .
