Kevin Reynolds Inducted to American College of Trial Lawyers

Whitfield & Eddy attorney Kevin Reynolds was inducted as a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers (ACTL) on Friday, September 25, 2020.

ACTL Fellowship is extended only by invitation, after careful investigation, to those experienced trial lawyers who have mastered the art of advocacy and whose professional careers have been marked by the highest standards of ethical conduct, professionalism, civility, and collegiality. Membership may not exceed more than 1% of the total lawyer population of any state of province. 

Reynolds is a member attorney representing clients in litigation matters including products liability for almost 40 years. He is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell, selected for inclusion in Chambers USA, and received the Defense Research Institute Exceptional Performance Citation. He is an alumni of University of Iowa College of Law.

Reynolds is the fifth inductee from the firm. Others include Tom Henderson, Bernard L. "Jerry" Spaeth, Jr., David L. Phipps (of counsel), and Roger Witke (retired). Learn more about the American College of Trial Lawyers at their website.
