Whitfield & Eddy Law was recently appointed to be the City Attorney for the City of Mitchellville, Iowa.  Thomas Henderson and John F. Fatino took the oath of office before the City Council on November 3, 2025.  The firm will work with the Mayor, Mayor-elect, City Council, other municipal leaders on growth, development, and personnel matters for the City.  John F. Fatino, a partner at Whitfield stated, “the firm is pleased to be able to serve the people of Mitchellville.”  Mitchellville is located in eastern Polk County and has 2,485 residents.
