Attorney Steve Doohen Receives Favorable Ruling from 8th Circuit Court of Appeals in Burke v. LCI Industries and Enerpac Tool Group

Whitfield & Eddy Law member attorney Steve Doohen received a favorable ruling for his client, Enerpac Tool Group, from 8th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Doohen represented a design and manufacturing defendant in a products liability matter involving allegations of product failure and wrongful death. He obtained a favorable result in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Iowa. The matter was appealed by the plaintiffs to the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals. Following briefing and oral arguments, the 8th Circuit issued its published opinion in favor of Doohen’s client.
