Steve Marso Inducted as Fellow of the Iowa Academy of Trial Lawyers
Attorney Steve Marso was inducted as a Fellow of the Iowa Academy of Trial Lawyers at a February 25, 2021 reception during the Academy’s 59th Annual Seminar. Fellowship in the Academy is by invitation only, upon sponsorship and recommendation from peers and judges, and with unanimous approval by the Academy’s Board of Governors.
At the time of his induction, Mr. Marso had tried over 40 jury trials, bench trials, and arbitration hearings, handled over 10 appeals to federal and state appellate courts, and served as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association in several construction and consumer disputes.
He joins the following Whitfield & Eddy Law attorneys who are also Fellows in the Academy: Stephen E. Doohen, John F. Fatino, Thomas I. Henderson, David L. Phipps, Thomas S. Reavely, Jaki K. Samuelson (President, 2013), and Bernard L. (Jerry) Spaeth, Jr.
