Attorneys Drew Gentsch and John Fatino were published by the American Bar Association (ABA), among the authors of The Electronic Payment Bond Deskbook.

The compendium provides practical information regarding public and private payment bonds for surety professionals and was prepared for the Spring Meeting of the Fidelity & Surety Law Committee (FSLC) of the Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section of the American Bar Association held May 10—12, 2023. 

Gentsch and Fatino are active members in the ABA Fidelity & Surety Law Committee and frequent authors and speakers on construction and surety industry topics.
