The compendium provides practical information regarding public and private payment bonds for surety professionals and was prepared for the Spring Meeting of the Fidelity & Surety Law Committee (FSLC) of the Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section of the American Bar Association held May 10—12, 2023.
