Overview
Dave had an active litigation practice defending insurance clients and was a past chair of the firm’s Insurance law practice group. A substantial part of his practice consisted of defending professionals, including CPAs, lawyers and doctors. He also handled commercial litigation and was active in trial work and appellate work.
He was well regarded by clients, counsel and judges through his career. In Chambers USA and an interviewee remarked “if he told me it was snowing outside, I wouldn’t even look out the window before getting my coat.”
