Madison (Maddie) Joyce is an associate attorney in the firm's labor and employment practice group. She works with clients in closely-held businesses, including a focus on construction and transportation industries.

Leadership in Law School

While attending the University of Iowa College of Law, Maddie served as a Student Writer for the Journal of Corporation Law and was later selected as Senior Note and Comment Editor for Volume 51. Her note, "Rethinking Overtime: The Fluctuating Workweek Method No Longer Works," was published in the Summer 2026 edition.

Madeie was also active in moot court. She was recognized for one of the top three appellate briefs in Appellate Advocacy I and was selected to join the Baskerville Moot Court Competition Team.
