Molly Brown regularly represents financial institutions in connection with negotiating and structuring commercial lending transactions, restructuring problem loans and workouts, and complex commercial litigation. She also counsels a diverse client base through a wide range of business and commercial transactions. Business owners seek her assistance with with entity formations, shareholder and owner agreements, purchases and sales of equity interests, asset disposition, and mergers and acquisitions.

She is a graduate of the Boston University School of Law Fundamentals of Banking Law program in 2019. The intensive program examines all aspects of bank regulatory law including critical policies, concepts and regulations affecting financial institutions and lenders.

Molly is a member of the firm’s Strategic Planning Committee and Professional Recruitment Committee and past member of the Business Development Committee.
