Kay Oskvig Presents About Construction Human Resource Issues

Attorney Kay Oskvig presented to members of the Master Builders of Iowa Cornerstone Academy about construction law human resource issues on December 8, 2022 at the MBI offices in West Des Moines, Iowa. The Cornerstone Academy is a construction leadership development program for Iowa construction professionals.  

This session focused on the most common human resources issues for construction companies and workers. The presentation will include hiring challenges, discipline, drug testing, OSHA and safety regulations, Davis Bacon and overtime, working with unions, and more.
