Justin Sullivan to Speak at International Roofing Expo in 2024
Attorney Justin Sullivan will be a speaker at the International Roofing Expo sponsored by the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA) in Las Vegas, Nevada. Billed as the largest roofing and exteriors event in North America, commercial and residential roofing professionals meet vendors, suppliers, and related service providers from February 6—8, 2024.
Sullivan will be speaking about insurance coverage and the dangers of subcontracting labor. In the presentation, he will discuss the legal risks and distinctions between insurance coverage and legal liability when assessing the financial gains of contracting labor.
The presentation will cover other areas of importance for contractors including:
- Insurance coverage types including injuries, workmanship, workers compensation insurance, errors and omissions, and commercial general liability,
- Insurance coverage related to worker classification (employee or independent contractor),
