Oskvig and Mallen Present at Iowa State Bar Association Labor and Employment Seminar

Attorneys Anna Mallen and Kay Oskvig spoke at the Iowa State Bar Association Labor and Employment Seminar on Friday, November 21, 2025. 

Mallen co-presented the "State and Federal Legislative Update" and "New DEI-Related Legislation." Oskvig was a Labor Law panelist. 

Oskvig helps organizations handle HR issues and serves as Chair of the Whitfield & Eddy Law Labor and Employment Practice Group and is a member of the Iowa State Bar Association Labor and Employment Law Section Council. Mallen assists clients in a variety of litigation matters including employment litigation.  Both are regular authors and speakers on labor and employment topics for Iowa employers.
