Oskvig Offers Guidance on COVID-19 Vaccine on We Are Iowa WOI TV-5 Interview

Oskvig said that most employers can require their employees provide proof of vaccination or need for lawful accommodation. Employers should evaluate vaccine availability, business necessity, and each employee’s circumstance and working conditions while drafting and enforcing organizational policies.
