Iowa State University Scholarship Awarded to Construction Engineering Student for 2026 — 2027

The Whitfield & Eddy Law construction and surety practice group continues its support of the Master Builders of Iowa Educational Trust with a $1,000 scholarship to Max L., a current Construction Engineering student at Iowa State University. For many years, the firm has provided financial support to students pursuing degrees in the program.

Stone, LEED AP.

Stone earned his Construction Engineering degree from Iowa State in 1976 and his law degree from Drake University Law School in 1992. He founded the Iowa State University ConE Reunion, which marks its 31st year on Thursday, October 1, 2026. The Reunion invites ISU engineering grads from across the region to celebrate the program. Stone also served on the ISU CCEE Anniversary Celebrations Planning Committee, helping coordinate both the Construction Engineering 60th Anniversary in 2020 and the College of Engineering 150th Anniversary in 2021.
