Katelyn Kurt Provides Mediation Services for Family Law Clients

Attorney Katie Kurt now provides mediation services for family law clients. She recently completed an intensive mediation training for family law issues, including experiential practice and observation hours. Mediation allows clients to resolve their family law conflicts in a collaborative way, offering individuals the opportunity to control their future, rather than placing their futures in the hands of the Court.
The mediation services Katie provides clients include:
- Serving as a private-pay mediator in all Iowa districts;
- Accompanying her clients to their own court-ordered mediation, offering an analysis of the offers presented and knowledge of the likelihood of success in litigation;
- Acting as a court-appointed mediator.
