Iowa State University Scholarship Awarded to Construction Engineering Student for 2024 — 2025
The Whitfield & Eddy Law construction and surety practice group once again awarded a $1,000 scholarship to a current Iowa State University Construction Engineering student, Joseph H. The firm has been a long-time supporter of the Master Builders of Iowa's scholarship fund to provide financial assistance to students enrolled in the program.
“We support these exceptional construction engineering students during their studies because we work daily with Iowa State University College of Engineering graduates,” said construction attorney Jeffrey D. Stone, AP LEED.
Stone is a 1976 graduate of the ISU Construction Engineering program and 1992 law school graduate. He founded the Iowa State University ConE Reunion, an annual event celebrating it's 29th year on Thursday October 31, 2024. He was also a member of the ISU CCEE Anniversary Celebrations Planning Committee for the Construction Engineering 60th Anniversary in 2020 and College of Engineering 150th Anniversary in 2021.
