We distinguish ourselves through our extensive courtroom and negotiation experience, client communication and support, and flexible payment options that fit your unique situation and budget.

We're respected within the legal community as a go-to firm for high-asset dissolution of marriage actions, and complex high-conflict custody disputes.

Do You Offer Virtual Consultations or Meetings?

Yes, our family law attorneys regularly meet with clients via Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams. This flexibility allows both attorneys and clients to make the most productive use of their time while working on family law matters.

Do You Have Attorneys Who Speak Languages Other Than English?

Currently, our attorneys primarily conduct business in English.

Payment and Fees

What Does an Initial Consultation Cost?

Initial meetings with our attorneys typically require paying a one-hour consultation fee. During this time, our attorneys will review the facts of your matter, discuss your goals, and determine whether an attorney-client relationship would be necessary and beneficial.

Do You Offer Payment Plans for Your Services?

Our family law attorneys work with each client to create a suitable payment structure. Most often, our clients are asked to provide an initial retainer fee and maintain a balance in the firm’s trust account throughout the duration of the case.

Because we understand that legal fees can be a concern, we offer various options that work for your budget. We believe quality legal representation should be accessible to each client, regardless of their financial situation.

Do You Offer Flat-Fee Arrangements for Certain Services?

Yes, our family law attorneys offer flat-fee arrangements for certain cases, such as uncontested divorces, to handle your case quickly and efficiently with services tailored to your needs.

Communication

How Will You Keep Me Informed About My Case Progress?

Our family law attorneys communicate with clients on an as-needed, case-by-case basis. During your initial consultation, you can discuss your expectations for communication frequency and preferred contact methods—email, phone, or other means—with your attorney. It is important to note that each attorney-client relationship is unique and requires different communication frequency. It is important that a client and their attorney establish expectations early in the attorney-client relationship, so that all parties are on the same page.

What's Your Policy on Returning Phone Calls and Emails?

Our attorneys and staff prioritize prompt responses to each client's phone calls and emails. We understand that timely communication is critical during legal proceedings and are committed to keeping you informed and addressing your questions throughout your case. While each attorney has different expectations, a response to inquiries can generally be expected within 24 hours of receipt.
