Molly Brown and Ashley Charnetski Named Member Attorneys
Whitfield & Eddy Law announces Molly M. Brown and Ashley F. Charnetski will be the newest members of the firm effective January 1, 2020.
Molly M. Brown joined the firm in 2011 as a law clerk, and became an associate attorney at the firm in 2014. She is part of the firm’s Business and Banking practice group, regularly representing financial institutions in connection with negotiating and structuring commercial lending transactions, restructuring problem loans and workouts, and complex commercial litigation. Molly also counsels a diverse client base through a wide range of business and commercial transactions.
Molly is a member of the firm’s Strategic Planning Committee and past member of the Business Development Committee. In 2013, she received her J.D. with high honors and Order of the Coif from Drake University Law School, and M.B.A. from Drake University College of Business and Public Administration. In 2010, Molly received a B.B.A. in Finance with high honors from the University of Iowa.
Ashley Charnetski joined the firm in 2016 as an associate attorney and is a member of the Estates, Wills, and Trusts practice group and her practice focuses on estate planning, will drafting, trusts, trust administration, and probate. She works with individuals to develop their estate plans and provides instruction to executors and trustees in estate and trust administration.
She is a 2019 graduate of the West Des Moines Leadership Academy and active in Girls On The Run. She earned her law degree at Drake University Law School in 2013 with honors, and undergraduate degree from American University in 2010.
