Overview
Prior to joining the firm, Luke served as an aviation officer in the United States Army, flying the AH-64D Apache Longbow Attack Helicopter. He continues to apply the focus and intensity he obtained through the military in service to his clients in the manufacturing, construction, industrial design, sales, finance, and insurance industries. Luke counsels his clients on risk management and avoidance while also providing them with exceptional trial skills. Whether it is contract formation, employment handbooks, or representation at trial, Luke has devised and implemented strategies to protect his clients and their interests.
In the courtroom, Luke possesses critical attention to detail and is a zealous advocate on behalf of his clients. He works closely and communicates with his clients to build understanding, confidence, and respect for the judicial process. He continually strives to build relationships with clients and colleagues both in and out of the courtroom.
Criminal Defense
In addition to his jury and bench trial experience, Luke represents clients in various criminal defense matters on a selective basis including white collar defense.
