Overview
Bryn Hazelwonder is an associate attorney in the firm’s litigation division working on general matters including personal injury, products liability, vaccine injury, and trucking and transportation. A competitive and driven advocate, she is a strong communicator and able to deliver comprehensive analysis in regular communication to clients. Bryn is comfortable providing guidance and directing teams to reach mutually agreeable outcomes.
In 2020, Bryn was admitted to the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and can represent individuals in the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program. Created by the Reagan Administration in the 1980s, this highly-specialized Program saves litigation costs for all parties involved in vaccine-related litigation. The Program is a no-fault compensation scheme designed to quickly and fairly compensate persons who experience one of the extremely rare, but recognized, side effects from a vaccine.
She is fluent in Spanish and able to represent Spanish-speaking clients. Bryn studied the language, both written and spoken word, for over a decade.
